Can I visit a store and try on items?

At Luxurybyse, you can make an appointment via WhatsApp to pick up your product in person at one of our pickup locations.
Please note: We do not have a showroom! Appointments are only for pickup and, if desired, trying on your item.

Are all items new?

All our products are brand new, sealed, and unworn.
Each item comes with its original packaging and, if applicable, dust bags, boxes, and accessories.

I live in the Netherlands — how long does delivery take?

If you live in the Netherlands, your order will be delivered within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays, Mondays, and holidays).
We aim to hand your order over to PostNL before 17:00, provided it’s in stock.
Deliveries are handled by PostNL.

How can I track my package?

We currently ship with PostNL.
Dutch shipments can be tracked via www.postnl.nl — simply enter the Track & Trace code you received from us.
For shipments to Belgium, Germany, or other countries, you can track your order via www.internationalparceltracking.com.
