How can I exchange a product for the right size?

You can exchange your order within 7 days of receipt for the correct size.
Please contact our customer service via WhatsApp to request the return form.

Products must be unworn and, where reasonably possible, returned with their original tags and labels still attached. Trying on items is, of course, allowed!

Shoes must be returned, if reasonably possible, in the supplied and undamaged shoe box, placed inside the original shipping box.
Items should be packaged in their original and undamaged packaging (where reasonably possible).

Please note: Return your item carefully.
If the return shipment is damaged or shows signs of use beyond what’s necessary to assess the product, we may charge a depreciation fee.

Who pays the return shipping costs?

If the issue is our responsibility, we’ll cover the return costs.
In all other cases, the return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

If you have a complaint, you can reach out via our WhatsApp customer service.
If possible, please include a photo of the issue.
We’ll respond as quickly as possible and contact you within one business day.
We promise to handle every complaint or return within a maximum of 3 business days!

I want to return a product and get a refund — is that possible?

We offer a 7-day exchange guarantee to exchange your product for the correct size.
We also provide a cashback for the product value only (excluding shipping costs).

Please note — the following products cannot be exchanged or returned:
